The Art of Coming Home: How Creative Expression Can Heal

With  Beth Anderson

Artist/Painter
When words fall short, creativity can speak for us.

This session is an invitation to set down the pressure to “get it right” and rediscover the quiet medicine of making. Whether through a brushstroke, a scribble, or a splash of color, expression itself can become the bridge back to presence.

About This Session

Beth knows what it means to walk through unraveling and feel like the ground has disappeared. For her, art wasn’t about producing something perfect… it was about survival.

It became the place she could lay down what she couldn’t carry in words, and in that process, she began to return to herself.

No need to worry, this session isn’t about becoming an “artist.” It’s about remembering that creativity belongs to all of us and that even the simplest act of expression can be a doorway home to you.

Are you ready to find that doorway? Come play with us.

About Beth Anderson

Beth Anderson is a self-taught acrylic painter based in the San Juan Mountains of Southwest Colorado. She creates textured, colorful paintings inspired by wildflowers, mountain landscapes, and the beauty and magic of everyday life.

Her work is for the dreamers, the nature-lovers, and the ones who find meaning in the details. She calls it Art for the Soulful Seeker—because that’s who she paints for (and who she is, too).

You can usually find her in her studio with a palette knife in hand, paint on her clothes, and the mountains just outside her window. Beth also owns a small artist collective in Silverton called The 9318 Collective, where she shows her work alongside other local artists.
